MO’KA S.r.l. was born in 1997 thanks to the passion and dedication of the current owner. We operate in the field of roasting and packaging of coffee beans, ground coffee, pods and capsules. We are experts in the careful selection of the finest coffee varieties, imported directly from their places of origin, and in the skilful roasting and blending. Thanks to the constant control of each stage of production, we give our coffee that unsurpassed body and aroma, peculiar characteristics of the true Italian Espresso. For this, we are different from all other roasters.

The secret of a good coffee is contained in 3 main elements: in the raw material, in the skilful roasting (roasting), and in the extraction operations that will bring it warm and fragrant on our table. We are good in the first 2 phases: the third is in your hand. Our production requires great craftsmanship attention that we place in the evaluation and choice of raw and cooked coffee beans and in the roasting that guarantees freshness and quality, qualities not found in industrial blends.

We also pack coffee for third parties, sure to meet the needs of professionals in the sector.Since 2006, to guarantee its customers the best coffee blends, Mo’ka manages every phase of the production process, from the selection of the raw material to the composition of the blends, from roasting to packaging, with high-tech machines.
